The Blessed Sacrament Lamp
The Blessed Sacrament Lamp in St Fagan’s Church is renewed every Sunday and primarily it is a reminder to us that the blessed sacrament is reserved in the Aubrey. For several years we have also dedicated this lamp in recognition of a special occasion, for instance, an anniversary, wedding or special birthdays. More often than not, the lamp burns in memory of our loved ones who are no longer with us. If you would like the lamp dedicated for one week to someone or some special occasion, then please complete the list at the back of Saint Fagan's Church. We would welcome a donation in aid of Church funds.
Parish Office
As you may be aware the office is the main contact point for parishioners. Enquiries about weddings and baptisms should, in the first instance, be made to the office, along with bookings for the Community Hall. The office is open Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 12 noon and is staffed by volunteers. If you are passing then you are always welcome to call in for a chat. You may even be lucky and have a cup of coffee.
Its examination time!
The sun is shining and so many of our young people are sitting examinations. We wish them all the best and look forward to hearing their results in a few months.
It’s Showtime
We are proud to present the Showcase theatre company who will be performing in our community hall on Friday 21st June at 7.00pm. Tickets are £3.00 for adults and free for children. All profits will go towards the overseas projects of the Mothers Union.
Please try and come and support our young people of the locality as they perform for us some of the songs from the musical stage.
Your Offering in thanksgiving for God’s work in your life
The PCC has agreed that it would join Gift Direct. This enables you to make your regular offering by direct debit. Regular giving this way enables us to plan for the future. This scheme is available to anyone and forms are available from the wardens to enable direct debits to be set up.
